Granny Multiplayer is an online horror game where players must work together—or against each other—inside a locked house patrolled by a hostile presence. Up to six players can join a match, taking on the roles of survivors trying to unlock doors, solve puzzles, and avoid traps. The house contains scattered tools needed to escape, including keys, pliers, weapons, and battery components. Each item has a specific use and must be transported without making too much noise. Granny responds to dropped objects, creaking floors, or doors left open. Some players may choose distraction tactics, while others focus on solving mechanical locks or forcing windows. The game balances quiet exploration with sudden threats, creating unpredictable encounters with both the AI and other players.

Modes, Roles, and Rule Variations

Granny Multiplayer offers multiple game modes, including standard co-op, versus, and randomized roles. In certain modes, one player can take the role of Granny, turning the game into an asymmetric contest of stealth and pursuit. Rules can be adjusted to increase difficulty, limit available tools, or reduce the number of safe hiding spots.
