NO.8 High School is a psychological observation game set in a familiar yet distorted classroom environment. You play as a student preparing for an important graduation exam, with exactly 30 in-game days left. However, strange anomalies begin to appear—some subtle, others more direct. Your task is to notice and count these irregularities accurately. Each correct report allows time to move forward. If you miss something or make a mistake, time resets, forcing you to relive the same day again.
The classroom looks normal at first glance, but each repeat brings small changes—objects that shift, colors that fade, or figures that appear where they shouldn’t. Realistic background sounds, like distant footsteps or muffled conversations, enhance the tension without relying on jumpscares. As the days pass, the difficulty increases: anomalies appear more frequently, and some become harder to detect. You must train your attention to spot even the smallest disruptions in your environment.
With 40 total anomalies randomly distributed across attempts, each playthrough of NO.8 High School offers a different experience. Even when restarting, players will encounter new variations that test memory and focus. There are no traditional enemies or action mechanics—just quiet pressure and the need for precision. The repetition, combined with the subtle horror of being trapped in a loop, creates a slow-burning tension. Finishing all 30 days and passing the exam requires observation, patience, and a careful eye for detail.
